ILTA is the worldwide professional organization that coordinates language testers. It has been working on a pair of documents: a Code of Ethics (formally adopted) and a Code of Practice (at this writing – July 2006 – still in draft form). Together, they present a view of ethics and professionalism that govern the world of language testers and their interaction with the rest of the world.
