This is the companion website for Linking Reading Assessment to Instruction, Fifth Edition. This book is a worktext for individuals who are or intend to be elementary teachers. Its purpose is to offer practice activities in reading assessment techniques appropriate for the elementary classroom and exercises in making instructional decisions from data. Major reading and assessment concepts are briefly explained, followed by examples and guided- and independent-practice opportunities for gathering information, administering assessment techniques, analyzing and interpreting assessment data, and using this data for instructional decision making.
The companion web site provides instructors with an instructor's manual covering teaching ideas for each chapter and four additional case studies. Visitors to the site will also find timely topics in assessment and diagnosis as well as news and research report links.
